INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Xi and Me ships from Bahrain – we ship Worldwide. All customers outside of the the GCC may be subject to customs and duty fees in their home country, and these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We aim to have your order dispatched as quickly as possible, though as items are bespoke – there may be a 7 day turnaround time on orders.

You will be notified once your order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, and depends on the shipping option you choose.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

Xi and Me offers free delivery for orders in Bahrain.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@xiandme.com

To return your product, you should email us at info@xiandme.com and we will provide you with an address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a high priced item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
